Sock Knitting Service – Bring Your Own Yarn

Do you have too much sock yarn and not enough time to knit it? Or do sell yarn, but you don’t have time to knit your own samples?

Send me your skeins of fingering socks wool over and I’ll knit it for you! I will make you a pair of regular crew socks in the size of your choice on my antique socks machine and ship them back to you.

This item is for one pair of socks, but if you want samples and only need one sock of each color you may send in two different skeins for each item purchased.

I’ll contact you with the shipping information once I have received your payment so you can send your skeins over.

For yarn makers I’m also open to additional collaborations, such as posting pictures of the finished socks and of your yarn on my Instagram.

Generally, 100g is more than enough for a pair, except for the X Large and up sizes which may need more depending on the yarn. No acrylic yarn: the machine cannot handle it since it produces more static which prevents the needle from closing or opening properly.

If you want a more DIY option, I also offer a sock tube cranking service, where you can take the tube and finish it yourself by hand.
