Sock Tube Knitting Service – Bring Your Own Yarn

This listing is for 100g of yarn: two small skeins, or a bigger one. Each tube will be finished with waste yarn or cotton thread in a contrasting color. If you send over more than one skein, each skein will be separated by waste yarn.

Once you receive the tube, you can pick the stitches and split the tube to finish them as sock, wrist warmer or anything else that strikes your fancy.

I’ll contact you with the shipping information once I have received your payment so you can send your skeins over.

For yarn makers I’m also open to additional collaborations, such as posting pictures of the finished tubes and of your yarn on my Instagram.

Generally, 100g is more than enough to turn the tube into a pair of socks, except for very large socks. No acrylic yarn: the machine cannot handle it since it produces more static which prevents the needle from closing or opening properly.

If you don’t want the extra work, I also offer a cranking service for socks instead of just a tube.
